This product is an antiviral drug. It has anti-Chlamydia trachomatis and anti-herpesvirus activity. Its mechanism of action is mainly to inhibit viral DNA and early protein synthesis. Not only does it inhibit the herpesvirus type II DNA polymerase, but it does not directly inactivate the herpes virus. This product has a certain antifungal effect on dermatophytes.
